Hi, I'm James Hawkins, the creator and developer of Project Planner. In my day job, I serve as an IT Supervisor at SNOLAB where I'm responsible for project planning, scheduling, and frontline support, working closely with a variety of project management tools.
I'm also the founder and lead developer of Arctyk, a start-up specializing in ITSM applications. I have a passion for strategizing and organizing projects and day-to-day tasks, and I'm constantly refining my workflows to better serve my role.
